KATHMANDU, SEPTEMBER 27Manju Sharma from Kathmandu has been appointed as the National Coordinator of Oshodhara Nepal during the recently concluded Oshodhara Parliament.Sharma expressed her gratitude, stating, "I am extremely delighted to be appointed as the National Coordinator of Oshodhara Nepal with the blessings of the founder of Oshodhara and Bhagirath of Oshodhara, Samarthguru Siddhartha Aulia Ji.

I express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who extended their support and congratulations upon me taking this responsibility."Sharma is the Managing Director at Alfa Beta Institute, Kathmandu, and a yoga instructor at Alfacare.

She has been actively serving groups and individuals towards social welfare through various clubs and forums.

Through the Oshodhara Nepal Buddhanagar Dhyan Kendra, Sharma has been a driving force in organizing various regular Dhyan Yog and Prema Pragya programs in Kathmandu, aiming to educate and promote the true essence of meditation using scientific and straightforward techniques that anyone can easily practice at home. Oshodhara was founded by Samarthguru Siddhartha Aulia, a spiritual leader renowned for his vision of merging spirituality with science.

He is the guiding force behind it, which aims to reveal the spiritual and scientific foundation of Sanatan Dharma, based on spirituality rather than rituals. The core objective of Oshodhara is tto establish Scientific Spirituality based on 'Spiritual Science' given by Samarthguru Siddharth Aulia through its four pillars: Meditation, Sakshi (Witness Consciousness), Samadhi (Absorption), and Sumiran (Remembrance). The organisation aims to change the entire paradigm of common people's lives by transforming it from living in a state of Complaint to a state of Gratitude.

From looking for fleeting happiness in the external world to finding the source of eternal joy and bliss within, according to the Oshodhara. The announcement was made during a cultural event organized by the Gujarat Oshodhara Maitri Sangh, commemorating the 82nd birthday of Samarth Guru Siddhartha Aulia.

The event featured the presence of senior Acharyas and Coordinators from across the country and abroad, and was broadcast live on YouTube.Oshodhara operates several Dhyan Kendras across Nepal, including locations in Kathmandu Sadhana Kendra, Budhanilkantha; Buddhanagar Dhyan Kendra; Lalitpur Mahalaxmi Sadhana Kendra; Oshodhara Bhaktapur Dhyan Kendra; Chandragiri Dhyan Kendra, Satungal Kathmandu; Janakpur Sadhana Kendra; Mangalapur Sadhana Kendra; Kailali Dhyan Kendra; Pokhara Dhyan Kendra; Kaligandaki Dhyan Kendra, Syangja; Birgunj Dhyan Kendra; and Biratnagar Dhyan Kendra. In addition to dhyan programs, Oshodhara offers various Sadhana programs, including a three-day intensive course that can be residential or non-residential as authorised by the Oshodhara.

Among them, the Buddhanagar Dhyan Kendra organized the Dhyan Yog program and an offline Prem Pragya session, one of the many Prem Pragya formats, marking it as one of the first offline sessions in Nepal, according to Sharma."Oshodhara is a mystic school that offers three types of programs: Physical Wellness, Wisdom, and Enlightenment.

These programs are designed to make people physically healthy, mentally peaceful, and spiritually connected with the ultimate source of bliss.

Through these transformative teachings of our Samarthguru, I am committed to spreading this message far and wide," Sharma added.Oshodhara has designed its programs to be accessible for individuals of all ages, from children to the elderly, and from homemakers to corporate professionals.

In a world increasingly filled with stress, anxiety, and depression, Oshodhara aims to provide relief from these challenges, guiding individuals toward a healthier, more joyful, and blissful life.

Oshodhara Nepal has been organizing various initiatives such as corporate wellness and youth empowerment programs, offering participants a genuine understanding of the true essence of meditation and inner peace. .
